I came in asking for dip on my natural nails. The lady would not do anything I asked… on my own nails. I told her no tips. She said tips are better and put them on anyway. After I said no. I said I wanted dip. She started doing acrylic. I asked her, are you doing acrylic? She said yeah it’s better. I said I wanted dip. She said well it’s the same powder. I said well I prefer dip. Very nice people and nice salon!
One star. I walked in right after they opened, and was told they could take me at 10:30. So I waited. 10:30, Then 10:40,10:50, 11. No updates, no explanation, no service. I finally left. Don’t tell people a specific time if you can’t honor it. Wasting customers’ time like that is not okay. If you want,
