Yall need more staff. Wait time always too long
I will never return. I had already been seated BY THE STAFF and my nail service had begun when I was asked to get up and move because a client with an appointment arrived over than 10 minutes late. As a paying customer who was already being serviced, this was frustrating and embarrassing. I understand that salons try to accommodate scheduled appointments, but once a service has started, asking another customer to give up their chair is insane. Do better
I was in yesterday. Maddy did an excellent job. I had a pedicure and manicure. I had acrylic nails on that I wanted to have taken off. Maddy was gentle and meticulous in everything. I will definitely be booking with Maddy in the future.
Always a great experience with Van! I won’t let anyone else touch my nails
