Would leave 0 stars if I could. Came in for a pedicure at 10am on a Friday and it was not busy. Was told to have a seat. I waited 30 minutes with nobody acknowledging me so I ended up getting up and leaving. Went down the road to another salon and walked right in and got my pedicure. If there’s a long wait then it needs to be communicated to the customer upfront. They were not friendly.
This place is my go to for nails! I tried another place in a rush one day and regretted it. Besides that I’ve been using them for 9 months. My nails never pop off or break, the place is very clean, and the staff are friendly and can take a picture you show and make it look even better! It’s football season and I wanted team colors and some minor nail art. I had a removal from the place I tried once and altogether it was only $75 so I would say the prices are fair. This is extremely funny, I left the review with 1 star rating like 4 years ago, apparently they paid Google to remove it otherwise I couldn't be able to leave the review again lol but anyways I had my nails done about 3 years ago, the lady who did my nails took about 2.5 hours (no design just one colored gel) to finish my nails and it didn't even last 2 days anyways... I'm not sure how this place is still in business but I see how their rating went down to 3.9 from 4.8 when I left the review 4 years ago
My nails look like I did it at home.
Do not come here if you are new to the area. Customer service sucks!
