I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but I was in chair 7 I believe. The one closest to the register. He had on a black button up short sleeve shirt with white piping on sleeve and pocket. Anyway, my nails were a total mess when I came in and he took them from tragic to magic. I just wanted to let you guys know how great he did!!! He was super nice too. Highly recommend this place especially chair 7! I have also had chair 9 and that man is very nice and good too! Thanks for my pretty pink nails! You made my whole week!
1. This is my second time coming to this location. First experience was great. I was lucky to get in with the most experience person there on a walk in. She was pregnant at the time (can’t remember her name). Perfect customer service from offering me a drink, collaborating with me on what my nails should look like, etc. everything about it was great. Above and beyond service my daughter's and I absolutely love our nails. Also got a pedicure and omg my feet haven't felt better!!! We got to experience a few different employees and each one was great thank you!
I arrived at the establishment at 2:00 PM. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and expressed my interest in receiving a pedicure. The attendant at nail chair 1 directed me to a seat by the front door waiting area, assuring me that assistance would be provided shortly.
