I’ve been using B&B Locksmiths for over 7 years now. My back door doorknob was practically falling off and I couldn’t do the repair myself. I gave B&B a call this afternoon and within an hour John was at my home. He was friendly, easy to talk to, knew his material, was conscious of my cats and made sure none tried to escape while he worked on the door, and quickly replaced the doorknob. I will continue using B&B Locksmith.

Great service. From the moment I called (Bryce and Ron),providing estimates and advice, to the actual work (done by VJ) - all seamless and smooth. We needed extra locks in our home and VJ was attentive to what we were looking for. He double checked everything prior and was always happy to explain what he was doing. He even did a clean up on the debris from his installation. The price was competitive (queried a few companies) and more importantly, they did not charge for an inital site survey as some companies would.
Thank you John for your quick response and for coming out to the house at short notice to provide a free quotation for my 5 doors and outside gate. We appreciate the great customer service you provided and for your patience in answering all my questions.
