Came here for a birthday party and have never seen such rude people. Rushed in rushed out. Not even a chance to clean up. They swoop in and start throwing stuff away. Seems like it’s more about money than it is about kids enjoying a birthday party. Smelled like burnt food, bathrooms had the toilet paper dispensers laying on the floor, didn’t look very well kept up at all.
Disappointed. 3 staff who seemed clueless and couldn’t be less interested in us. Booked a party for 3 pm. No one seemed to know. Another party was to have ended at 2:30, we waited until 3:50 to access the room, had to ask for everything paid for. No a/c in a very hot and muggy room. Asked for a fan and was met with rolling eyes and sighs. We did the set up and clean up. Don’t waste your time booking a party there. Staff don’t care.
Kids love going here !! Good price for 2+ hour play
I used to take my kids here when they were younger and we’d always thoroughly enjoyed it. Fast forward to taking my grandson and the experience was less than thrilling. The place is worn and torn. Paint chipping, women’s bathroom needing updating, new carpets, many items have rips and tears, etc. Many cosmetic updates are needed.
