Clean and friendly environment. I was able to see my child the whole time. Will definitely be coming back during the winter months
The place is... ok. You pay $15 for only 2 hours. More than half of activities you have to pay extra. It's a big place, but I don't see any staff cleaning or keeping it tidy, there's only one person checking people in. A bunch of games are out-of-order. A bit disappointing. If you don't mind driving a bit, go to JAM TIME in Maynard. $18 for ALL DAY activities, they have special meet-and-greet, story time AND a designated area for snacks (you can purchase snacks too). Door and website said open at 9am, young girl pulled in (parking in a handicap spot) at 915. Opened doors, then needed to inflate all the bouncy houses. Massive safety issues everywhere - broken boards, sharp edges of broken bits, screws poking out of the playhouse, holes in the netting by the stairs in the play structure. Several of the toys had dead batteries. I’ve never seen a more poorly run play area for small children.
Not worth the money. Terrible staff, very rude
