My kids love it here, we've been going for years, but I really wish to see money put back into updates and maintenance/repairs. Multiple areas where equipment is worn, damaged and old that is clearly in need of better attempts to fix the issues. Multiple steps in the climbing structure missing. Tears in the safety netting large enough to fit a child's head through and no adequate footing to keep feet from slipping out from under them if a child were to stick their head through. It was ok. The concept was great, bounce houses were fun but the play structure needs work. Lots of the netting was ripped, some of the platforms were not secure. Could use a good wipe down. In the area for littles the play house it broken at the bottom of the door where you go in which is sharp. Lots of the toys were broken as well. Not bad for $15 for 2 hours but could be better. However the girl working was lovely and cleaning the bathrooms and front while we were there.
The place is... ok. You pay $15 for only 2 hours. More than half of activities you have to pay extra. It's a big place, but I don't see any staff cleaning or keeping it tidy, there's only one person checking people in. A bunch of games are out-of-order. It's kinda disappointing. If you don't mind driving a bit, go to JAM TIME in Maynard. $18 for ALL DAY activities, they have special meet-and-greet, story time AND a designated area for snacks (you can purchase snacks too).
