This has been a complete nightmare. The communication, payment processing, and customer service have been unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Had this company for business liability insurance for many years until this year I paid a full annual premium only to have the policy canceled for some nonsense. Now over a month later no one is contactable, voice mails are full and of course no premium returned. Jason Brown, Andrea Lopez seem to be the main issues here. Be careful don’t part with your money you’ll get nothing back
