There is no review that I could write that would properly credit how amazingly talented Tim & Kate are! I decided to color my hair for the first time right before my wedding, and I am so happy that I trusted the process and took a chance. My hair is GORGEOUS and they made me feel so comfortable by talking me through every step. Everyone who walks into their salon is treated like family and their compassion shows. Unprofessional, unskilled and unpredictable. I went in wanting to go blonde— I have hair that is naturally darker blonde and this is very easy to achieve and I’ve been blonde before. The worker let the dye sit on my hair for over an hour, causing unnecessary damage. When it came time to brush my wet hair, the worker raked through my wet hair with a brush— not even a wet hair comb! My head and neck were pulled to one side.
