Cancelled less than a day in advance. If your child was sick during the week the least you could do is give notice earlier in the week that you may need to cancel because you knew it was sick. Was super nice until I went elsewhere originally when she didn’t have suitable appointment, decided to come back and give her a go. Wasn’t polite the 2nd time around and ended up cancelling on me anyway.
Bianca is the best hairdresser I know, she always takes care of my hair and perfects mg blonde balayage ❤️
