Brad and his team were very friendly, punctual and happy to explain what they were doing. On the initial quotation visit, at short notice, Brad quickly put my mind at rest about an ongoing issue I had been having. He was also very flexible when arranging the follow up visit I needed. The second visit by Brad's colleague was also friendly, professional and the test he conducted was thorough. I am now feeling more confident and looking forward to the remedial works which will need to be done in due course.
