Ben and Matt did a great job. Ben was quick to respond to my calls and ensured that he performed a thorough survey before the installation. They ensured that the scaffolding was installed a few days before they arrived to fit 15 x 465 W panels, a 6 kW inverter and 2 x 9.4kWh batteries. All parts were Hanchu. Ben is a first rate electrician. He has provided an excellent service to me over the years fixing and installing everything from testing electrics, installing timers, fixing heaters and most recently replacing my kitchen hob and my living room lighting. I recently had solar PV, battery storage, and an EV charger installed at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The electricians were incredibly kind, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the setup before they left. Employed BB Electrical to carry out a scheduled Electrical Inspection Condition Report for our warehouse unit @ Bournemouth Steel. The inspection and all remedial works were completed in good time, they were tidy, courteous and did an excellent job. New 3 phase consumer unit installed with galvanised containment and re-wiring where necessary. Would definitely recommend

Ben is a great electrician and fantastic business owner.. he quoted a price and installed a new hybrid solar system.. had it all up and running same day..I had issues with my app( my phone lol ) he didn't leave till i had all working..
