Visited my home right after I made the "I need help right now call". We narrowed down the problem. Shut off a breaker. Removed a light fixture. Tested wires. Came up with a plan. A delightful experience. I spoke with 3 electricians at 3 different locations and each man was very respectful and responsive to my immediate situation. Coordinated immediate response. We were grossly overcharged and technician was extremely slow. We called B & B to replace a few standard, everyday light switches. The technician arrived and promptly spent at least a half hour on his cell phone, then left the job site entirely for hours (went out to lunch maybe?). When he came back, he spent more time on his cell phone before eventually doing the job. We then received a bill for over $500! Kevin was amazing to work with! We had a very large project we had them work on for us, and not only did they meet our expectations, they exceeded them! He personally contacted me right away and scheduled visits within such a fast time frame. Every day they had to come in, they were on time and the work was exceptional. Even though we only thought that we needed a couple of things done, they stepped up and were able to help us out for longer than anticipated and they were kind about doing that for us. I had an electric upgrade, 100 amp to 200 amp. They did a good job, got it finished in one day so we didn't have to go without heat or lights. They also handled my dog well. I recommend this company.
