My son hired this contractor to do our bathroom shower . At first thing he seemed very good as was friendly and we trusted him after spending close to $8000 dollars . We realized that our shower was not sloped properly and was causing the water to remain the base and nor getting drained . Since then our house smells like mold We have tried to contact this gentleman multiple times and he has ignored and blocked us and last we spoke to him he was apparently at hospital. I used this Gentleman for my project and spent over $ 7.000 When he Installed the Shower Base in my basement he didnt slope the tiles properly so the water was not draining . I even gave him the opportunity to make things right once as I dont like to write negative reviews about anyone . Since than he has not came back one and he tried to fix the issues by replacing the bottom pieces but the water issues remain and since than he Ignores my calls and than eventually blocked me . Balraj is a very experienced, skilled and courteous tile installer. He was professional with his approach came in for a consult and measurements. He asked us what we would like and gave us his professional advice as well. He gave us an approximate timeline which he stuck too and was always on time. He had great communication and consulted us if he had any question about what we were looking for. He matched the tiles and took the extra time to make it look neat and proper. He did an amazing job.
