B&B ClimateCare in Orillia is an excellent company to deal with. From speaking with Josh, who gave us information and prepared the quote for a new furnace and heat pump to the technicians Aaron, James and Adam who did an excellent job installing our new equipment. There were some challenges with the installation but they worked through it all very professionally. We highly recommend them.
I’m again so happy with their prompt and excellent service. Last time it was a major repair to the furnace, this time bc of flooding during the ice storm, they installed a new furnace and water heater. 5star+
We have called B & B twice about separate issues on recommendation from a family member. They are so quick and super kind and smart and helpful. I’m so grateful to them for helping identify two issues with our house and for not treating me like I’m dumb because I don’t understand plumbing! 10/10 will always call them again.
