Our furnace was down, and it was -20 degrees outside. Parts were only available out of town...and could not be delivered for 3 days. Our Tech drove down to Barrie himself and got the parts, came back and finished the repair. Very solid customer service. I will definitely call them again!
Excellent service. They were able to come quickly and had the new hot water tank hooked up that day before lunch! I certainly recommend them! So helpful and nice! Aaron and Adam H. were the best!
I have been dealing with B&B for at least 20 years as they provide the most exceptional service!!!! I love dealing with Chad in the office as he is so professional and friendly and Is beyond accommodating!! I recently had a new furnace installed by Mel and Aaron - Unbelievable!!! It was a cool Friday night and they started at 10 AM and finished the job at 8 PM as they did not want to leave us without any heat!! They were hard-working, professional, and super friendly! Adam did a great job as usual.
Booking communication was clear and quick. Excellent, informative and personable technician! Tech arrived on time, was quick and worked neatly. Adam (tech) also gave us some tips and technical info as he was working to help us understand our propane fireplace and to increase its efficiency. B & B Climate Care will definitely be asked to return next year for our annual servicing. Many thanks to an excellent company to deal with.
