We only have ONE time for a first impression. My first impression of the BB Beauty Lounge on Swan was excellent. I was greeted with a smile, the lobby was clean, organized and had good coffee. My consultation with Kelly W. was conversational, and she answered ALL of my questions and more. While it is too early to determine the service's outcomes, I'm excited about the journey and the team.

10/10 Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful experience at BB Beauty. Robin did my Emsculpt treatment on my stomach area. It’s amazing that it can deliver the equivalent of 20,000 crunches in just 30 minutes! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I love BB Beauty Lounge. Kelly is great!
Love Kelly W at Bb beauty. She is fun, professional and always takes good care of me during my appointments. There is also a new professional there and I didn’t get her name, but she set up my teeth whitening and was super sweet. Robyn also always responds to my questions online with a friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend Bb Beauty, I feel like a new person every time I come out of there.
