I had a very disappointing experience at BB Beauty Lounge. No facial mapping was done before my Botox treatment, which made me feel like the injector, Kelly, wasn’t taking the time to ensure precise results. The procedure felt rushed, and afterward, I was shocked to be charged double the disclosed price without any explanation or prior discussion about adding more units. I understand that results can vary, but professionalism and patient care should be a priority. I will be going elsewhere for future treatments.
For whatever services you need, BB Beauty is professional and friendly Kelly is amazing. I go there for my B12/MIC shot.
Love this place!!!! My new go to when visiting AZ! Wonderful staff!! Both Kelly's are great!
I will never see anyone but Kelly for Botox or Injections as long as I am living in Arizona. Plus, the salon is gorgeous. And I’m a sucker for a good view
