Wow, I can’t say enough good things about Kelly L, she is the best injector I’ve ever dealt with. She took her time, mapped out my face and I am very impressed with how my botox came out. I also received a diamond glow facial and must say, my face was dirty! Looked brand new after my diamond glow. I won’t go to another medspa after experience at BB!
First timer. Kelly was really kind. However, I personally bust my booty to ensure I am on time to my appointments. Didn't seen to matter here. I sat and took in the happenings, but nobody apologized for the delay or gave me a heads up on my appointment. So...my 3:25 appointment ended up being a 3:50 appointment with no apology. That part was a bummer. Chances are if I was 25 minutes late it may have caused problems with my appointment.
I've seen both Kelly's now mutliple times for: - dysport - kybella - emsculpt -GLP1 - fillers - microneedling And more! Every experience has been personal, detailed and tailored to me. Both Kelly's answer all the questions I have, and I can be very neurotic. The vibe at BB is casual but professional. They seem efficient and customer obsessed.
