Love love my new hair by Sunny💚 i showed her some pics for the style and color and she delivered. I’ve been coming here for haircuts and this the 1st time for coloring and I was never disappointed. Pls book earlier appt if ur style requires bleaching, I feel so bad for having 2 ladies working overtime😭
I've been going to this hair salon for well over 10 years, and I have to say that their team and my hair stylist Joy, has been amazing to work with. They've been patient, understanding and very helpful. 10/10 customer service! Honestly all their hair stylists are great ; whether it's Joy or Rebecca, they've been kind and helpful to me. My personal favourite is hair stylist Joy as she knows exactly how I want my hair done and been guiding and advising how to style every time. Firstly, when I called to book a haircut appointment, it was for 1:30. Upon arriving, I was informed—without prior notice—that I would need to wait until 2:00. While I understand that delays can occasionally happen, not being advised of the change in advance= unprofessional. More concerning, however, was the actual haircut. I’ve had my share of less-than-perfect experiences in the past, but I’ve never had someone leave an obvious hole in my hair. This is the best hair salon I’ve been! Their actual service and customer care are amazing. Rebecca is so helpful and genuine about answering my concerns about my hair. Their products are great too. Highly recommended!!!
Edit: I got a haircut with colour today. I always liked how Kenny cut and trimmed my hair. Always happy with the service I get. I really like the colour that Kenny has done. He was gentle with applying the colour. And gave great hair massage. Cathy was very kind and welcoming too. Thank you B&B beauty hair salon.
