Im not big on bagels, so when my daughter's requested this stop I was apprehensive! The staff made the cut! What a team! All smiles, very helpful in aiding me to choose a great fitting snack for our time there! Might just like bagels more than I thought!
It’s honestly frustrating because the food is great, but the customer service is the reason I rarely come back. Every time I’ve been, the staff act visibly irritated, like helping customers is an inconvenience, and their tone makes it even more obvious. The only exception is the man at the register, who seems to be the only one who understands basic customer service.
The bagels were great. Will be returning.
Asked for no onions. Received onions. Beyond that sandwich was bland. Bagel was just OK. Service was fine.
Went through the drive through and picked up a "The Works" bagel and cream cheese package. The bagels were fresh and delicious as was the cream cheese. The line moved quickly and my order was correct. They also included napkins and plastic knives. We will go back!
