Traveled over two hours for a windscreen repair. Dropped off the car and was called back and told they had the wrong windscreen. I told them we weren’t happy and they said they weren’t happy either, so I went back to pick up the car. On the walk back I called another repair company and they gave me a quote $100 cheaper. So we booked in there. When we picked up our car we told them to cancel the windscreen order because we found somewhere cheaper and closer.
