Large repaired area GREAT! – I chose this shop based upon the reviews on this site. The BIG repair was done with no problem. The detail work, which was minor, did cause a problem. They resolved the issue but not in a professional manner. They repaired the problem like I would at home: "I guess this will have to do." A repair shop should never repair someone's car in a less than professional manner. Great Place – I had not had my new car a year yet and the accident happened :( In my mind my car would never be the same. And as a single female, I feared a "rip off". I choose Red Bazzell & Son and so glad I did! The feel here is family. So comfortable and easy to talk to. They fixed my car in less than a week and even my friends were telling me how great it looked. When I got back in it, it felt like it did the day I drove it off the lot!! Thanks Red Bazzell! Great Auto Body Shop in Montgomery – My first review, but I had to praise these guys. My 17 year old son tried to use his Honda Civic as a four-wheel-drive vehicle across a ditch. Other body shops claimed over $400 just to get the vehicle on the frame machine and unknown $ after that. Red Bazzell gave me a $230 total estimate and had the car done in one day.
