Sold me the wrong product and nobody answers in sales, accounting, tech support, and no calls or emails back. Avoid at all costs.
Why post a business number when NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE....EVER.
Good products, high quality, BUT no customer service. Emailed several times about trying to buy their products and they don't even care, no response.
I've had great experiences every time I dealt with these guys. Communication is prompt and personal and service is quick. I don't know what all the crying is about in other reviews, but people need to relax a bit and realize this is a busy company. They're out there supporting the race community as well as the street crowd so their time gets spread really thin. Just know you're getting a great product and top rate service...... just give it a minute.
