During occupancy, I was paying over $8800 per month in occupancy fees, yet the townhouse was delivered with numerous quality deficiencies. I am writing this to warn anyone considering living in or buying at 8 Eglinton Ave E (E Condos). This building is a prime example of "luxury" marketing masking bottom-tier construction. The build quality is shockingly cheap; the wind howls through the walls and railings like a screaming instrument because of fundamental design flaws and cut corners.
