Big shout out to Baziks, we were without heat for 4 days waiting for a part to arrive. The part ended up coming in very late on a Friday evening. Baziks showed up, got it done quick and heat was restored. Exactly what you want! I'm very happy with the service, thank you

Emily can out when Reliance couldn’t to help my family and I out when no heat was available. Not only was she great, knowledgeable and did her best. She went above and beyond to try to give us heat. 24 hrs without is bad enough but she continue to try to get a part when no one else could and expedite to help us out. 72 hours without no heat and she still kept in touch to make sure there was someone coming to help our family.
