RecommendedI called to get prices on a well check and vaccinations, and got an appointment on a Saturday! I showed up a little early (like 30 minutes 🤦🏼♀️) but they got him back quickly and we were in and out! The staff was wonderful with my dog! Also it was a great price too! Thank y’all for taking care of my dog!
Love this place! The vet techs were so good with my blind fur baby & they treated us with lots of kindness & respect! The vet who helped us was very knowledgeable & thorough.
I’ve only been here once because I was in from out of town. Just needed to get my dog her yearly shots, that was it. She was late on heart worm medicine so the vet told me if I didn’t get her tested and on medicine my kids could contract it and could possibly become partially blind. I did some research later and found no such thing. Fear mongering for some business is not ok. Would never go back.
Took our pups there today. One of them has a UTI and they both needed their proheart injection. I have been meaning to switch here due to good things I’ve heard. They got me in next day which I was pleasantly surprised. All the staff was very polite including the vet. You can tell they really care about the animals, making them comfortable, and the care they provide.
We took our little yorkie, he was very weak, the receptionist was the only one in office, we told her he was very weak, she wanted to know if we had an appointment, which we didn't, she said they were overbooked, and could see him a week later, didn't even get off her butt to go ask, I called the office back, and asked to speak to vet, they put me on hold, and never came back to phone, I called back, and really pissed by now, and Kelley the office manager, told me to bring him, by at 4:45, and they could see him. Thank you you Baze Animal Clinic for taking care of our Copper. We had him for a very long time and your clinic did what you could to keep him comfortable in his last hours of life. This was our first time to your clinic. The doctor was professional and sympathetic. The staff was very friendly and supportive. They did all they could for our Copper. Thank you so very much for everything ya'll did.
We have taken all of our animals that have been spayed/neutered here and they have given the best care! Definitely our number one choice
Thank you Baze for seeing our 4 month old kitten with ear mites. We got in right away due to a cancellation, when we would have waited days to get in anywhere else. Kitty got an antibiotic, steroids and ear cream. She is fully recovered! Beware though, they only take cash money.
I have had 4 of my 5 dogs spayed /and Neutered in the last 6 months at Baze Animal Clinic and not one of them have had any problems. Dr Rachel Werbelow is very professional and very intelligent in her care of my many fur babies. The staff is responsible and caring. Thank you guys for the care you gave my babies.
