Update - June 16, 2025 Unfortunately, Ontario Judges do not recognize "bad faith" when Bazar McBean purposely withholds information and misleads clients from the beginning. So the best practice is to avoid this accounting firm. If this firm has already trapped you, try to get an expert report for trial and try your case in the US courts, if available.
