Takes your money then does nothing. David also avoids phone calls for the same reason
Took my money and never did a thing. I couldn't get him on the phone. I had a simple contract matter, and all he needed to do was negotiate it, but for some reason he preferred to take my retainer and ignore me. Really a horrible experience and a terrible lawyer.
Horrible awful lawyer, doesn't reply to phone calls at all, takes ages to answer, most likely using you for money, to purposely take long, DO NOT USE WARNING
Back when we lived in RI, we hired David for a routine contract matter. This was a huge mistake. Once he had our retainer, he did nothing. Weeks went by, he wouldn't even return our phone calls. In the end, we were at a severe disadvantage because he simply didn't do any work. A terrible and frustrating experience. I usually don't write bad reviews, but I'd like to protect others from our experience.
David is a terrible lawyer and very sloppy. Does not return calls. Made numerous mistakes and just didn't seem to care about our case. Really sorry we used him.
