I found Ray Bazan through recommendation on facebook when we moved back to Illinois. The timeline for us was tight to get our house ready and we had to coordinate different projects with multiple contractors. First of all Ray was very personable and kind. Our house is 125 years old, and it has 30 or so windows. We called on Ray to scrape and paint the old wood, and to do repairs where necessary. He took pictures on his phone and submitted an estimate via email. We accepted the estimate by clicking on a button on the email, and we sent a deposit via Zelle. Phil was great to work with through out the whole process. We had two paint colors to be matched one in the MB to paint an accent wall the same color as the other three walls & we wanted the same color from our kitchen to go into the entry hallway as well as up the staircase. It’s been a few years since those rooms were painted but they were still able to match it perfectly .
