Horrible customer service! You can tell the agency got many of its niche people to come on this site and simply hit a 5-star review with no comments! All they are concerned with is $$$ - head-hunters who will drop you once you have signed their contract and they have your money. Have not been paid for work I did for them and our so-called agent has not been heard from in over a month. Their Acting instructors have no credentials and have no experience in acting. I do agree with the prior poor reviews. Poor service! Rating them "1" star is going too far! Management's solely concern is to collect money and tell lies. They have terrible service with no follow-ups. i warn all lovely candidates to be careful not to sign any contracts. Also, look for another agency.
