RecommendedBayWoods is an upscale community -constantly seeking to improve. Currently undergoing million dollar restoration in public areas. Food is very good. Increased training of staff has lead to better service. Receptionist that was complained of last year by others has left -although I always thought she was efficient and cordial. Location can't be beat.
RecommendedBayWoods is like Goldilocks -- not too big and not too little -- and a superior location on the beautiful shores of the Chesapeake Bay. Most important, it has a very friendly and inviting environment, good food and comfortable facilities. Even as a visitor (as I was) you feel like you have entered and are part of a vibrant, engaged community.

Patient care is very good. Customer service is lacking especially the receptionist. She has no social skills. Also the bistro customer service is lousy.
