Sharon and Bob are the greatest customer service that I’ve dealt with they efficiently took care of my refrigerator that failed and had a new one sitting in its place within two hours. This place is top notch. Thank you for the great service.

Bob always responds to any work orders very promptly and is very professional. We never lived in apartment but the service here at Redwood is excellent and they stay on top of any issues. We are very pleased with the excellent service and response to their residents.
Bob is the best maintenance guy I’ve ever had! Not only is he best friends with our dog, he also gets this fixed as soon as the maintenance request comes in. I got Home from work and while I was putting the request in, I saw Him next door and he came right over and got it done as soon as I sent in the request. Couldn’t ask for a better maintenance man.
