I called at ~3:30am to report electricity was out for all of Redwood and again ~5:00am to say the electricity was back on. The second person who answered the phone had no knowledge of my first call. People on Facebook had answers & pix of the accident causing the blackout of most of Vermilion & Township. I got no answers from Redwood. Even though the answer service was in Norwalk, we deserve some searching & a call back.
Bob is very fast service on maintenance requests. Much appreciated
