Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had in a health care facility at Dr. Madison Brown’s office. Terrible bedside manner, rude and entitled. I called (in advance to my appointment) saying I was running 5-7 minutes late to a meet-and-greet appointment (as in, I had not met her yet). They said I shouldn’t come, as she was running behind, and we scheduled a make up appointment. not even sure how this place is still running considering all the horrible reviews. impossible to get a hold of.
Office staff are useless
Our family doctor retired after many many years and we were referred to Dr. Madison Brown.... myself, husband and kids had a few bad experiences and since left her practice. She is a fairly new doctor and unfortunately has zero care for patients, no customer service skills whatsoever and really shouldn't be in a family medical practice until she humbles herself and sees her patients with care.
It feels like we are not sick and went to walk in like to spend time,also they are only available for their registered patients. It's not a walk in for everyone.
