My family has been going to our doctor in this office for years but the reception service and an availability of our doctor keeps getting worse. The phones are supposed to be answered by 9:30am (which is late to begin with) and they put it on do not disturb mode so you can’t even get through! But what’s worse is that the wait time to see the doctor is sometimes more than 2 weeks out, and it doesn’t matter what your illness is, you could have blood in your stool or migraines for days and they’ll still only book you weeks late... read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ana the receptionist and Karen are both unprofessional, uncourteous receptionists. They deny medical care to patients by blocking access to physicians in the office. They lack basic communication skills. This clinic needs a huge lesson in providing empathy in communication, quality patient care and overall professionalism. The worst clinic in Durham region. Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had in a health care facility at Dr. Madison Brown’s office. Terrible bedside manner, rude and entitled. I called (in advance to my appointment) saying I was running 5-7 minutes late to a meet-and-greet appointment (as in, I had not met her yet). They said I shouldn’t come, as she was running behind, and we scheduled a make up appointment.
