Office staff are useless
Our family doctor retired after many many years and we were referred to Dr. Madison Brown.... myself, husband and kids had a few bad experiences and since left her practice. She is a fairly new doctor and unfortunately has zero care for patients, no customer service skills whatsoever and really shouldn't be in a family medical practice until she humbles herself and sees her patients with care.
It feels like we are not sick and went to walk in like to spend time,also they are only available for their registered patients. It's not a walk in for everyone.
Not sure about the walk-in, but the family doctor office is still open. However, good luck getting an appointment.. They’re open from 9-12, which is ridiculous? Is there a reason the doctors can’t work later.. anyway, I tried to get a prescription refilled and was told the earliest appointment is the end of August.. So I’m forced to go to a walk-in to get my meds.. Wouldn’t recommend as there’s no point to having a family doctor that you can’t even see when needed.
