My Mom has been a resident for a couple years. I’m grateful for the respect and consideration which is a prevailing theme in all aspects of service. BayWood has taken every measure to prevent the spread of COVID 19. To date, there have been zero instances of Infection. Safety for residents is always at the forefront. Our family feels good to know our Mom receives quality services and lives in a pleasing environment.
The staff is outstanding in every way . . . dedicated to caring for the Residents with everyone working together . . . and the facilities are extremely well maintained . . .
Our Mom loves it there. They are doing everything possible to keep everyone safe and healthy. Mom feels safe and secure. The food is awesome. In normal times we join Mom there for dinner at least once a week. Looking forward to seeing all our BC friends when the crisis has passed.
