My impetus to drive from Paeroa was Baywide Autos Katikati's ad that covered all I was looking for in upgrading my Honda Civic. True enough, it was there waiting for me. A test drive, all questions answered, I traded my Civic in for a later model. Expecting a stressful day to make this new purchase became a walk in the park. Ian accomodated what I needed to be able to drive my new car home within a couple of hours. Thankyou Ian for your honesty and openness, warmth, friendliness and helpfulness. I love my new vehicle.
Zero customer service! Not interested in a potential customers or inconveniencing one by not updating their website to say an advertised vehicle is currently not on site or of the fact a potential customer has driven 20kms to get there. When given an opportunity to possibly get a deal done, refuse to look at your car to give a valuation because you're not going to drive back to see that vehicle. A valuation could've resulted in a trade in on a more expensive vehicle I saw than the one that was not on site.

Brought a new car, good people to deal with not pushy
Our three kids all bought their first cars from Baywide Autos, Ian was great to deal with for first time car owners and all the cars were very reliable and are giving them a good run. One son has just sold his car 5 years later for the same amount as he bought it! Finally, when we got around to updating from the 8 seater family car, of course we went back to went back to Baywide Autos. We had a great selection to choose from and are very happy with our new purchase. We highly recommend Baywide. Thanks Ian!
