We highly recommend Kylie Roberts who has been managing our rental property. We recently had some issues with the tenant which Kylie handled professionally with positive results. She is highly experienced, efficient and very proficient with current rules and regulations. She offers prompt and effective service with excellent communication skills. We have dealt with many rental managers over the years who constantly disappointed. Kylie has been the best (by far).
Supportive and knowledgeable. Kylie Roberts and the team at Baywest Hastings provided exceptional service throughout my three-and-a-half-year tenancy. They were consistently responsive to any issues that arose and addressed them quickly and efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, Kylie went above and beyond to offer support. Her extensive knowledge and professionalism were invaluable in resolving any outstanding matters, ensuring a smooth and positive experience overall.
Sean sold our house for us and we were very impressed with his service. His communication throughout the whole process was top notch. He achieved a great result for us in a very short amount of time. To top it off, Sean is a great bloke too! I Would definitely recommend selling with Baywest!
Purchasing Property In Hastings. As first home buyers we were so grateful for how kind and supportive Sean was throughout the entire process. His communication was prompt and he made the whole experience far less stressful than we expected. highly recommend!
This is the second time I have used Blake to sell one of our properties and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or buy. He went above and beyond with it all - appointments, followups and communication. He organised everything for us in preparation to market the property - with staging, photography and more. He was just wonderful. I will definitely be using his expertise again in future for buying or selling - thanks so so much Blake, you rock!
