Literally the rudest people. Everytime I call with questions or about appointments they have nothing but attitude. Also messed up my fillings and had to go to another dentist to fix them. Won't be coming back.
If there is a Zero star I will choose it .. unprofessional and they want to take as much as they can from your insurance if you need it or not. I regret my visit and non of my family will go back there ..
I just went to my Appt for a teeth cleaning,and Mary was my Hygienist,she did a great job made sure I was comfortable periodically asked how I was doing , very pleased,, and everyone who works there from the Doctors to the assistants super nice and helpful.
I have been going to Baywest dental for over 20 years. My dental hygienist, Steve, is amazing. I can't say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, and skill. I look forward to my semi annual cleanings because he has a gentle hand and my teeth feel amazing when he is done. Highly recommend Baywest.
Mary and the Baywest staff are always accommodating. Mary is an excellent hygienist. She eases my dental anxiety. She’s thorough and encourages good oral hygiene. I schedule all of my cleanings with her. Love love love Pam as well!! Dr. Wiseburg is my preferred dentist. He’s knowledgeable and down to earth!
