I lived at bayway trailer park for 5 years and was never late on my rent. For no reason they want to keep my deposit and they won't let me have my mail. They also tried to hire me to do plumbing elegally
I'll share the details of my own experience there even though I am mostly just a visitor the on-site management Bailey yes it is friendly at first but when you spend enough time there you notice a drastic change she's rude she tries to kick you out making up for every excuse she can think of even if you're not breaking any rules or she or she'll make the excuses of you're using too much water still owe me a late fee even though you've made sure you paid your rent on time and you definitely made sure you haven't been late she... read more
The manager is very helpful and friendly and cares about the RV park. I was able to get my brother in law an available spot and hes happy.
