I've lived here for almost 1 year now and I'm on my 14th warranty claim! Warranty claims are placed online and can take several months to get addressed. Bayway will assign warranty claims to a superintendent in another community. The superintendents already have a tough job so they put existing customers on the backburner. I get better customer service buying a pizza. As of right now, Bayway has come to my house twice for flickering lights and the issue is still not fixed. Extremely unprofessional “agents”. They are dry and uneducated, is like they don’t want to sell the houses, basically get you to beg them for information even when I’m already pre approved. Nah.
What’s not to like about Bayway Homes the staff are wonderful. And the prices are, honestly unbelievable.
