I would not recommend this body shop. I brought my vehicle here after filing an insurance claim for hail damage, and communication throughout the process was terrible. I repeatedly had to call for updates because no one would contact me as promised. I left multiple voicemails for John and never received a callback.My insurance company informed me that my claim had been approved, and I had documentation showing the approval. After a car accident, dealing with insurance companies can be a real pain. But at Bayway, they made me feel at ease. Irene answered all my questions, and Russell took care of my car during the repairs. Since I have aftermarket lights, Russell helped me get the same ones. I really appreciate everything Mr. Sheppard and his team did with my car. He knew how recent i got my car and reassured me I was in good hands. Bayway did a great job on fixing tranny switch. But the body shop did an awesome job on the paint and repairs.
