Brought vehicle in for first service. Service department did all vehicle requirements and washed vehicle. My salesperson Micheal Henry went above and beyond with helping me with a non service issue and really came in clutch.
Service department provides the worst customer service. I bought my vehicle with them and have tried to service vehicle with them and never get calls returned or they keep car for extended period beyond their estimates.
The best decision I've made since 2020: switching to a Cadillac. I love SUVs; they're the best. Thank you so much, Rick Sanchez, for your support on this new adventure with my new OPTIQ CADILLAC Bayway Cadillac Southwest staff member they are amazing. #electricmode #baywaycadillacsouthwest
UPDATE - When I picked up my GMC from them, I notice my AC was not working. It worked fine when I brought it in 18 days ago. Something SMELLS FISHY. Now they will not take my CALLS about this. AGAIN, DO DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !! DO NOT DO NOT, go to this Dealership. Do not BUY or SERVICE your vehicle there. I bought a 2018 GMC Yukon Denali and there with 38,000 miles on it for $35,500.00. I was told they did a inspection of everything and I ask to make sure all safety features where working properly.
