The salesman name Charles Jen It is disappointing to experience this level of unprofessionalism from a Cadillac dealership. I called ahead to confirm the availability of a 2026 Cadillac Escalade and offered $100,000 out the door. My offer was accepted, and based on that agreement, I drove nearly 30 miles to the dealership. This has been the worst car buying experience ever! I purchased my vehicle from Bay Way and has had issues with vehicle starting less than 2 weeks from purchase. Currently my vehicle is in their shop for repairs yet again and the service department communication is horrible at best. It’s been almost a month and it’s a challenge to get updates. They tell you someone will call you back and that never happens. This dealer and its staff is very incompetent and lacks customer service.
I give my Vistiq is 4/5 because I some reason can’t update the system so all the features mostly not work like lane changing alert but the reason I give 5 star because of my sale man nam(Alex) he’s the guy that u should ask for when to come to buy a car at this location why because this the reason so I had a problem my system I called he set me a date to bring in very quick he swooped me a loner while they are fix my Vistiq and look what I had for a lone it’s still a Vistiq very similar I was surprise and very happy because ... read more
This is a horrible car dealership. Extremely irresponsible. I have problems from the very first day I leased my cadillac IQ with them. First their sale man Danthonie scammed me $740 said vehicle didn't come with a charger made me pay for one and most likely use his own POS because when it stopped working after 2 months and I returned it. The manager said he no longer work there and they have no records of the charges despite showing it to them. Had to buy another one.
