He was one of the best salesman I've dealt with in a long time. He was able to get the deal done and get it done fast. The first service for my 1 yr old Lyriq and it was a breeze at Bayway Southwest. First class Service Tech & shop. In and out just like the Burger place😂. No joke intended! Thank you all @Bayway Cadillac Southwest!
The service advisors are great, but whoever orders replacement parts needs to get it together. I've had two different cases now where someone ordered a part, only for it to be discovered that it was the incorrect part when I got there. I live 40 minutes away and have to take the beltway to get here. Having to go back and forth not only takes a lot of time, but those tolls add up.
