Mark Wedgworth was the sales person who helped us buy a an XT5. I’ve always been a little nervous when buying a car. This fellow really put everything to ease. Not only did he understand what was wanted he was able to talk in a way that made sense, and that sense of humor had us laughing for days. Very poor service and extremely disappointing behavior from the Service Director. There seemed to be little respect for the customer’s time. Instead of addressing the issue with my vehicle, he chose to eat and casually chat with colleagues in the middle of the day while my service advisor and I were left waiting with no clear direction.
