I stopped into the Service Department with no appointment due to a sudden loss of air in my tire. It turns out that I had a bolt in my tire. It was patched complementary, and it was done quickly in less than 20 minutes! AWESOME.

OK I got to give a 10 star out to William the supervisor in the service department. He sent a team out to pick my car up, serviced it really well and returned it back to me in great condition. William you the best keep up the good customer service because it really make a difference out here. He gave me a early Happy Birthday treatment May 29th is my birthday. And I thank bayway for good looking out for bayway customers, now that really do feel like family. 👍 love you guy's.
Service department is not organized and doesn’t have a customer focus. Please ensure timeliness, accurate communication, and that appointments scheduled with departed employees aren’t ignored. This will ensure you prevent further customer erosion. Labor costs are highway robbery, as well. Highly recommend those reading go elsewhere!
