Charles Jen! Our salesman Charles was so patient . Took me two days to decide what I truly wanted, test drove about three different vehicles to ultimately make my decision. He was patient showing me all the different options in all the vehicles. Brandon the finance manager was pleasant as well. If I’m ever in the market for my third Cadillac, will definitely deal with Charles Jen again.
I inquired about a vehicle I saw online it was dealing with a used car sales rep Irving. I requested basic information to be provided to confirm the price with any dealer add-ons before. I drove an hour and a half down there to purchase it. I expressed that I wanted to know that before driving down a few times, but that information never came then to tell me that somebody was looking at it.
