This is not the cadillac dealership you want to buy from. This is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. Paid my first car payment today and the car i bought still doesnt work. The sales team is very misleading to get the sale and thats not good business. The management team will tell you what you want to hear but still not get the job done. You will waste your time and money doing business here! You've been warned!!!!!!Update...I was also denied my car being fixed once I said i wanted to speak to Corporate

I visited Bayway Cadillac to look at an Optiq for my wife, and the experience was extremely disappointing and I left feeling completely profiled and disrespected. After waiting nearly 10 minutes, a salesperson dressed as a cowboy finally approached and was dismissive from the very beginning. I explained that I was interested in an Optiq, and he took me to an office without even offering a seat.
