My technician, John was excellent. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He made sure not to recommend any service that was not needed. I really appreciate that with today's economy. He is a true asset to your service department. He scores a 10 (excellent) with me!!!!!
John, the service tech was really helpful in getting my car serviced in a timely manner. The overall customer service was exceptional.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation this morning and Mr John Bishop went above and beyond to assist me with other services that were needed for my vehicle. Cedric at Bayway Cadillac was the best!! He truly went above and beyond helping me with the trade-in of my Jeep and getting me into my absolute dream car! He made the whole process smooth, answered all my questions, and really took care of us from start to finish. I’ve wanted an Escalade for years, so this was a huge moment for me, and I’m so glad Cedric was the one who helped make it happen. I will definitely be back to see him in a few years when it’s time for an upgrade!
