Where to begin? This was the absolute worst service I've ever had at a cadillac dealership. At big star and Tom peacock they give you 3 oil changes for about $186.00. Here $120.00 for one. But that's not the worst part. They took 3hours for an oil change, tire rotation and "free car wash". What big star does in an hour and a half. Especially when your waiting there. I had called Tuesday morning because I noticed my rear passenger tire was slowly leaking air. We have a tire warranty that expires in a few weeks so I figured I would go and take advantage of the warranty we paid. I sat in the lobby for two hours, only to be told that the problem is the valve stem and that this was not covered unless the whole tire is changed out. The tire couldn’t be changed because supposedly it is beyond the tread amount of 3/32, which is hard to believe since this tire was replaced just last year. I was ... read more
