Two young girls at the register at 11:50am were talking nonsense about their relationship advice while dealing with a client, unprofessional behavior and toxic advice. Will be complaining to chain of command.
On 2/7/2026 we visited this car wash to wash a vehicle, this vehicle has been washed here several times before. After the wash we proceed to vacuum and realize the paint of the vehicle has being scratched. I approached a team member and informed of the situation to which he stated “these did not happen here because our machines spin in circles” then said “I will have to look at the cameras” after a moment into looking he tells me he has to fix a gate and leaves. They were super happy people. The car wash did a great job. I saw vacuums and other stuff for people to use too.
There was one of the brushes on right side that appeared to not be working.
