Pissed Off Customer – We arrived at the wash with all he windows down and the sun roof open. As we are watching the car go through the wash we realize that the windows are indeed shut but the roof was left open. We ran outside and told them that they had left it open. We then went and informed the manager, which did nothing but tell us they never shut any windows (then why were the rest of them shut).
