We had to call the help number for an issue and we had the best customer service! Very polite and friendly, made our car wash seamless. We will always use BayWash in Jacksonville!
Dry time is maybe 45 seconds, garage doors drip as u drive out, leaves filmy residue.. good for a rinse off but not a wash worth the money.
Overall decent experience. The water stinky tho
