I want to warn others to be extremely cautious with this shop. I brought my Kubota in for a simple belt replacement on the lawnmower. Because I had no way to transport it, they picked it up — and charged me for the pickup, which I accepted. When they returned the machine, the belt hadn’t even been replaced. It was the exact same belt still on it. Instead, they performed a different repair I did not ask for and charged me roughly $1,500. Very poor business to business relations. As per discussion with the branch manager they expect new customers to provide a credit card for their files but when asked to do the same they did not want to provide one. Do not shop here, so many other options out there.
