Would like to rate it better as they're very nice friendly people in Service Department. However, I can't seem to get warranty/service on the new 2025 W990 without either waiting for a week or booking an appointment that I probably won't be able to make. Can't make money with a new truck sitting around waiting for a backlogged Service Department.
Bayview is an official distributor of Klondike products. I was looking specifically for the new Nano* greases to test on turf equipment and they were able to get me a few tubes and a spray can. Their Nano* greases are a game changer. Best part is that Klondike is Canadian company. Thank you bayview kenworth for your service and help, I will switch to Klondike products exclusively.
