What a wonderful place to work at! Everyone is very nice and engaging. The staff and management team made my job much easier as their director of nursing by doing a fantastic job in their departments. The residents are pleasant and well taken care of. I miss working full time for Bayview, glad I’m still able to help by providing consultation part time. Way to go Bayview :)
Bayview showed me that I could love nursing more. The MD Dr. Lester Sauvage, ARNP Robin Fontana, my co nurses, my supervisors, co workers, and residents has taught me how to serve and serve well. We always tried to do our best though we know we can't please everyone. I will always be grateful to bayview for the memories and joy.
