Called Matt at 12.30pm to replace a kitchen tap mixer I'd just bought. He asked if I could txt him my details. He phoned me at 4.30pm to say he was on his way home & would drop in on the way to replace. Arrived at 5pm & had it installed & cleaned up by 5.30pm!!! Matt will now be my go to plumber.
