I drove 35 minutes to my appointment and took off early, I received a confirmation phone call two days prior to my appointment and a reminder email of my appointment. When I showed up, they tell me that my appointment was canceled and that I needed to reschedule. I received no cancellation email or notification!!! I am beyond frustrated that they wasted my time, gas, and work schedule due to their negligence to properly notify me. The girl at the front desk was very nonchalant and provided no care for THEIR negligence.

While my treatment during my procedure was ok, Bayview Physicians failed to inform me about co-insurance pay prior to my procedure. My current health care plan covers for 100% of this particular medical procedure, but they failed to follow the right authorization steps to get this covered. Not only that, but I was never told about this until a few months later when I got a pretty hefty bill in the mail. When I spoke to my insurance company, they told me that they needed to follow to right steps back then, and it was too late... read more

Called to ask about a $50 late payment I randomly recieved. The girl I talked to, (stone cold robot) told me I made this appointment a year ago... I didnt make any appointment . They apparently tried to give me a reminder call (no txt, no email) but my mailbox was full. She said it wasn't their fault my mailbox was full and told me I signed a bunch of stuff and I was obligated to pay. When I asked if there was someone else I could talk to, she hung up one me. When I tried to call back, she would pick up and hang up the phone... read more
