This practice charges 100 to schedule an appointment as a new patient and does not refund the money after your visit even if you have insurance
Waited an hour and a half to see a provider when it wasn’t even busy. There is a reason why this place is not busy and patient first down the street is. Do not make the same mistake I did and go here just because it says the wait time is less on Google. The wait time is probably more than a busier urgent care. Also, the staff needs an attitude check. Bayview decided to provide something called Advanced Primary Care Management without asking current patients if they would like to be given the Advanced Management. This Care is not authorized by Tricare for Life. So if you have Tricare for Life you will be billed monthly for this service after Medicare pays it's portion. My previous PCP with Bayview recommended a neurologist to go to in Suffolk to see and I went. As a result, I was being treated. However, I had insurance issues and was transitioning from insurance to another, in which took months. I notified both my P... read more
