People are quick to leave a negative review but never remember to shine a light on the positives. Amanda Ryan DNP at Bayview is awesome. Bayview has had issues I will agree, but at least Amanda has your back. 10/10 I will never forget the folks that had such a positive impact on my life and my health. I may not be here without her.
This is with regards to their billing dept. My daughter has 2 insurances, but somehow they only have one on file (the seconday), billed the secondary only, and that insurance reclaimed payment because they know there is a primary payer. I called billing yesterday to provide the primary insurance (Tricare), because their portal and billing site has NO provision for submitting insurance information, only for making payment. The rep on the phone was very RUDE and refused to take the insurance info saying I needed to take it to ... read more
I rarely write reviews, but hopefully this will save someone else the time and energy of giving this place their business. Dr. Madren is great, however I don’t think it’s worth going here. When my son was 9 days old I waited for almost two hours in a packed waiting room after my appointment time, just to see the doctor for 5 minutes! When my son was two months old, we showed up at 8:30am for his appointment, and the lady at the desk told my husband that our appointment was scheduled for 8am and we missed it so they need to r... read more
