What’s up with the 100$ co pay , and the receptionist don’t know how to talk to people , she was rushing me and was rude , and hate that i forgot her Name , well she work on Thursday and I called around 11 , 03/27/2025 , do something about it😒
My husband took my son to be seen at this urgent care and the lady at the front desk tells him we have to pay $100 co pay because we haven't met our deductible. We have great insurance and have never in the life of having this insurance had to pay an $100 co pay. The front of our insurance card states that our copay is $25 and also we don't have to meet in sort of deductible with our insurance. Needless to say we left and went to another urgent care facility because this facility is scam people out of their hard earned money... read more

I am a 20 year patient of Dr Vacarilla and wa discharged due to him not filling a prescription of nerve pain medication for a emergency I have a bulging disc in my neck I feel let down humiliated for a mistake you made I have to pay for this was not a new script for me been taking for years also asked for just enough until he could see me again but I was ignored my pain was at a 10 I did not sleep.
