kandel Brock, RDCS is unprofessional, incompetent and abusive. In her introduction she states, "I'M bossy" and she is the boss in that room with a large burly male (AANHPI) lab tech as her accomplice. While Ms. Brock was aggressive in her behavior to me a 65 y/o female it changed to little girl submission when the lab tech entered the room to start the IV.
