I poorly chose ATG for my shoulder pain, primarily due to its close proximity to my home. During my intake Phil the Head PT, discussed a perceived imbalance between the front and back side of my upper body as a source of my shoulder pain. He said we would be doing treatments such as ultrasound that I could not do by myself. I expressed some shoulder pain during my exercises, in response Phil lightened the exercises but had me continue the nerve flossing and stretches including neck and shoulders.
