Outdated building & amenities all-around but I was still excited to move in. Have been here 7ish months and am hoping I can afford to leave when my lease is up. The construction that no one warned me about before moving in has ruined my life to be honest. The constant drilling for months on end has been actually traumatizing. NO PARKING. Living here has been nothing short of HELL
Outdated building & amenities all-around but I was still excited to move in. Have been here 7ish months and am hoping I can afford to leave when my lease is up. For the love of god, don’t move here. God awful place run by people who have no idea what they’re doing. NOT WORTH THE PRICE IN RENT AT ALLLLLL. Balconies/repainting job has taken almost 2 years, ruining everyone’s peace on a daily basis. Taking away multiple precious parking spaces…oh yeah so the parking garage for the other building they own across the street has been “under construction” for the last almost 3 years, so the tenants from that bldg need to park at our bldg, guess what that leaves?
