For the love of god, don’t move here. God awful place run by people who have no idea what they’re doing. NOT WORTH THE PRICE IN RENT AT ALLLLLL. Balconies/repainting job has taken almost 2 years, ruining everyone’s peace on a daily basis. Taking away multiple precious parking spaces…oh yeah so the parking garage for the other building they own across the street has been “under construction” for the last almost 3 years, so the tenants from that bldg need to park at our bldg, guess what that leaves? Outdated building & amenities all-around but I was still excited to move in. Have been here 7ish months and am hoping I can afford to leave when my lease is up. The construction that no one warned me about before moving in has ruined my life to be honest. The constant drilling for months on end has been actually traumatizing. NO PARKING. The gym has been closed for about 7 months. Management has no idea what they're doing. Don't move here!
Living here since early 2025 has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was warned about none of the following before moving in: Paper thin windows and sliding doors, I can hear every single thing from outside, even people whispering at night. Non-stop weekday construction and drilling by painters who also need to fix the balconies and they are taking forever, moving very slow!
