The ladies in the office have been amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable of all aspects. We are greatly appreciative to have a comfortable, welcoming place to come to for the next couple years.
The Ortho work seems great for my daughter. Currently still has braces, but every appointment they are 20 minutes late. If we are late, they will cancel and charge us. But today, I took her in 20 minutes before her appt and and we still haven't been seen. Multiple people have left. This is a continuous issue. If the patients have to be on time, so should the people working. My husband can't come up here with our youngest when my daughter has an appt because she becomes too anxious in the lobby, they where waiting almost 3 hr... read more
My daughter has been a patient in both locations and the staff is absolutely delightful, informative, and supportive. From the front desk to the doctors I am very pleased ,so much so that I have now become a patient . I would always recommend Dr. Rahaim and his team anytime .
Very easy to get an appointment. Ms. Danielle and Ms. Jenna took great care of us. Explaining how every step works. My daughter had a wonderful experience getting braces.
Everyone is super nice & helpful.
