Great job with my granddaughter braces!
We have been going here for over two years. My appointments are always around 4pm. I work in LA, take off work at lunch, drive to check my son out of school in MS then drive over an hour to the appointment. I'm on the road for over 3 hours. Today we were 13 minutes late. They called when I was three minutes away to tell me I had to reschedule. I have never been late and for over two years if my appointment was at 4pm my son does not get seen till after 4:45.
