Honestly, I was a little nervous because I'm 49 years old and this is my first time getting braces. I had a great experience at Bayview Orthodontics! From the front office staff to the assistants, Jenna and Courtney and of course Dr. Rahaim himself. I had spoken with Mrs Debbie, the office manager a few days before. She was super sweet and helpful as well. Then to top it off the sweet puppy Kevin, who made it extra fun to be there. See you guys next month for my adjustment!
They were very nice and funny, they are family people.
We’ve had the best experience here for my daughter's braces. The receptionist, Danielle, at the front desk has been so kind and helpful. Jenna assisted Dr. Rahaim with putting them on and she was absolutely wonderful, and made her feel comfortable with the entire process. Definitely recommend BayView Orthodontics!

BE AWARE!!!!They blamed the surgeon for my daughter's gap that appeared after the braces came off. Tried saying she didt wear her retainers but she absolutely did,day and night. So now they blame the surgeon they sent us to. The saw what was done before they put the braces on. They never said nothing. Now they want us to pay another 3300 to fix the problem, after paying them 4500 in full from the start.
